Did you know?To e-file taxes as a preparer, you must have an Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN).I have one. That means I:✔️ Submitted an application to the IRS✔️ Passed a suitability check (credit/criminal/tax compliance)✔️ Provided my fingerprints to the governmentThis is just one of the ways that you can feel comfortable that you and your information are in good hands with Bluefish Tax Prep.
For both the promotion rate, and my regular tax prep rate, I require the following:50% deposit (that’s $25 with the promotion!) to get started. The remaining 50% is due after the taxes have been prepared, reviewed, and signed. As a small business offering a steep discount on tax preparation services, I can’t afford to invest my time preparing someone’s taxes only to find that he or she doesn’t end up filing or paying for my services. The 50% deposit is a nonrefundable fee to show your commitment to following through on providing the necessary information, participating in the process, filing your taxes, and paying the remainder due at the end.And how can you be assured of commitment on my end?I have invested significant time and money in my education and training as a tax preparer, in professional software and a secure way to communicate and share information, in my professional association membership, and in the process of getting set up as an e-file provider.I am ready to help you get those taxes done!
